Position Overview

We are seeking an Application Engineer – HVAC to support customer applications across both the U. S. and Mexico markets. This role will act as a key technical liaison between customers, the U. S. engineering team, and global HQ. The position is primarily based in Monterrey, Mexico, with frequent travel and on-site support required in Morton, IL (approximately 50% allocation depending on project phase). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in thermal systems or HVAC applications within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry, and be comfortable working in a cross‑border, fast‑paced engineering environment.
