Role Overview
Provide day-to-day operational support for Vertiv's enterprise Compass AI application within the Digital organization. Monitor platform health, triage incidents, and elevate issues to the development team as needed.
What You Will Do
Monitor platform health, log and categorize incidents, perform initial triage, and escalate complex issues. Perform first-level troubleshooting, test known fixes, and document resolutions. Assist with routine content updates, catalog maintenance, and basic platform configuration changes.
