The Application Consultant (Assistant Tech Lead) supports the technical delivery of the SHARE project by translating business and user requirements into robust, secure and maintainable web and mobile applications. Working closely with the Tech Lead and Project Manager, the role provides day‑to‑day technical guidance to the development team, upholds coding standards and security measures, and contributes hands‑on to design, development, integration and maintenance of applications built on ReactJS, React Native and Node.js. The role helps drive quality delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team, ensuring solutions meet client and public‑sector compliance expectations.
