Application Architect

Overview

AFRY Finland’s Industry division Engineering Tools team is seeking a highly skilled Application Architect to further develop, maintain and support our internally developed engineering tools and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop engineering applications & tools.
• Support end‑to‑end engineering workflows, integrations, and application functionality.
• Specify new functionalities together with SMEs and business stakeholders.
• Create and manage functional requirements, user stories, and validation scenarios.
• Coordinate bug fixes and support testing activities.
• Support database analysis, SQL queries, and data troubleshooting.
• Co‑operate with external vendors, partners, and internal development teams.
• Work location can be any AFRY Finland office; preferred: Vantaa, Tampere, Kouvola, Oulu, Turku, Kuopio; hybrid options available.
