APP Manager – Cancer DSL, Inpatient & ORAC
Reporting to the APP Director of the Oncology Rapid Assessment Clinic, this role provides day-to-day operational leadership and management for APPs across inpatient and ORAC service lines within Stanford Medicine Cancer Center. Responsibilities include overseeing APP hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, regulatory support, and transition to practice coordination, while partnering with physicians, nursing, and operational leaders to ensure effective staffing, workflow, workforce engagement, and quality outcomes.
