The Digital Enablement Officer acts as the primary connector between the TPO Group's people, processes, and digital systems. Grounded in the principles of Te Poutokomanawa, this role supports the organisations commitment to placing people, relationships, and whānau at the centre of everything we do.

As the organisation moves through a significant period of transformational change, this role will play a critical part in supporting the successful adoption of new digital solutions, improving business processes, and strengthening the way our people engage with technology. Working across all service areas, you will partner closely with business leaders, operational teams, and external technology partners to understand needs, identify opportunities, and deliver practical digital improvements.
