Duties: Responsible for Apartment Management & Guest Services Maintain a high level of communication with the property owners, keeping them updated on the condition of their rental and any necessary repairs or improvements. Handle all aspects of guest relations, from pre-arrival to post-departure, ensuring a positive experience for all.
