APAC VP, Employee Relations — Strategic ER Leader

MUFG seeks a regional subject matter expert in Employee Relations for the Asia Pacific region to ensure full compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations. The role focuses on workplace investigations, dispute mediation, and labor union relations across markets.

You will support strategic organizational changes, provide expert ER guidance to HR stakeholders, and partner with Compliance to manage risk and complex ER cases.
