About The Role
Within the Global Services training department, reporting to the Service Training Manager for APAC, your role will be to train and update technical training for field service engineers, partners and end users in APAC. Additionally, you will be in charge of teaching methods covering course design, course implementation and course updating.
What will you do?
Technical Trainer
- Carry out technical training, mainly on three-phase UPS equipment and solutions from the Secure Power and Eco Struxure Offers.
- Provide UPS and data center power/software training for our internal and external customers using virtual classroom and attended classroom methods or on customer premises.
- Ensure that safety rules, best practices and safety conditions are respected during each training session.
- Evaluate trainees for certification.
- Be responsible for classrooms and maintenance of electrical equipment.
