APAC Real Estate Principal - Lead Global Fund Deals

PER, a leading investment firm, seeks a Principal to lead transactions in APAC real estate across Hong Kong, Japan, China, South Korea, SEA and Australia. The role involves origination, execution and portfolio management with senior stakeholders and investment partners.

You will build complex financial models, lead due diligence, and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee while based in Abu Dhabi.
