APAC Real Estate Investment Lead (Abu Dhabi)

Client of PER in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior investment professional to lead transactions from origination through execution and portfolio management. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and investment partners to drive value in real estate opportunities.

The role focuses on evaluating and executing direct real estate investments and fund commitments across APAC, supported by advanced financial models and rigorous investment cases. Candidates must be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.
