APAC Pump & Industrial Growth Leader

Thordon Bearings Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for APAC to drive the Pump & Hydro segment across the region. You will lead strategy, engage OEMs, distributors and end-users, and enable partners to achieve high-value opportunities.

The role requires 8–12+ years in technical sales within pump/industrial markets, strong English communication, and up to 50% travel. You will operate in a matrix environment with regional managers and central engineering support.
