Vacancy Description
Brief:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and independently deliver a proactive, high-performing operational HR service for our Singapore office.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage seasonal firm-wide processes, e.g. performance review and salary review;
- Manage workforce planning and talent pipeline management for the Singapore office;
- Be a trusted advisor to the SG partnership and key stakeholders;
- Be the key point of contact for all operational and day to day HR matters and enquiries;
- Work and support the Head of HR, Asia Pacific (APAC) in driving continuous improvement to HR operations including through digital and AI solutions;
Support the delivery of HR strategy across the APAC region;
and
- Work collaboratively with the APAC HR team and broader HR community as required, e.g. UK based International HR and HR Shared Service (HRSS) teams.
