APAC HR Business Partner – Strategy & Change Leader

Cubic Corporation in Wellington, NZ is seeking an HR Business Partner to deliver services across APAC regions, supporting One Cubic and aligning HR strategy with short- and long-term business goals.

You will lead employee relations, talent management, organizational design, resource planning, and compliance with company policies, while partnering with regional and corporate teams and traveling within NZ and APAC as needed.
