APAC HR Business Partner & Change Leader

Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner with management across NZ and APAC, focusing on One Cubic initiatives. You will lead employee relations, design organizational structures, and support talent management while ensuring policy and local law compliance.

You will collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive HR programs, manage disputes, and implement workforce planning and engagement strategies. Travel across APAC may be required.
