APAC Employee Relations Lead: Investigations & Policy

Boston Scientific seeks a Senior Employee Relations Manager APAC to lead complex and sensitive workplace investigations and provide guidance on policy interpretation across the APAC region.

You will drive root-cause analyses, mentor investigators, and partner with HR leaders to deliver scalable ER services while improving processes and tools. This strategic role reports to the Global Sr. Director of Employee Relations.
