APAC Compliance Leader for Payments & Licensing

ByteDance is seeking a Head of Compliance for APAC Advanced Markets to lead end-to-end regulatory oversight across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. You will design a scalable, risk-based compliance framework and partner with Global Payment CCO to align regional licensing and supervision obligations with ByteDance's standards.

You will lead regulators engagements, license applications, and AML/CFT programs, embed compliance into product roadmaps, and build a
