Job Description
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team
- Set priorities, KPIs, and performance standards
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
- Oversee vendor payments (including foreign currency wires)
- Monitor AP ageing and manage payment cycles
- Supervise month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing
- Review AP‑related balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with policies (expenses, credit cards, controls)
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements
- Support and lead cross‑functional projects (Finance, IT, Procurement)
