AO5 Program Advisor

In the role of Advisor (Program Performance) you will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high level support services to project managers and/or team members which enhance the timely and effective delivery of program/s and project/s, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies, and procedures.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Governance meeting preparation (agenda, papers, briefing materials) for both regional and statewide steering committees and boards
• Minutes, actions, and escalation pathways, supporting rapid turnaround of requests
• Program/project change control documentation
• Tracking and closing governance actions
• Monitoring and updating risk, issue, and dependency registers to support governance reporting
