Plant Accounting and Business Partnering

• Partner with key business leaders to effectively manage business operations and performance
• Prepare accounting journals as required
• Prepare weekly and monthly variance reports, highlighting key variances to budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Track and reconcile permanent and temporary labour costs and provide insights to management
• Monitor vendor spend and analyse variances
• Prepare blocked stock and obsolescence files for review, and post journal entries in line with policy
• Review and analyse costings for new and existing products
• Track cost-saving initiatives, report progress, and raise/maintain Wave projects
• Analyse Cost Per Unit (CPU) data and provide recommendations
• Run SAP settlements for production orders at month-end
