AnT1 Trainee - MSAT Tech Transfer Support

Singapore, Tuas Singapore The Career Conversion Program (CCP) training period lasts for 15 months. Structured on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided and conducted at the participating companies to facilitate the application of learning and to ensure that individuals acquire necessary competencies to perform at their job. MSAT Tech Transfer Group i s r e s p o n s i b l e f o r t h e technology transfer of the customer's manufacturing process(es) into the Lonza Singapore production facility. The tech transfer support is responsible for supporting the lead project engineers for creation and management of documents (gap assessment, process documents, risk assessments, etc.) related to New Product Introduction (NPI).
