Overview

Senior Hospital Manager oversees operations, staff and equipment of SeaWorld Abu Dhabi Veterinary Hospitals, ensuring high‑quality veterinary care, animal health, welfare and conservation. This role leads a team of Veterinary Technologists, overseeing daily workflow, staff supervision, workload distribution, training and professional development.

The Role

The Senior Hospital Manager maintains an active, visible presence within the hospital and is responsible for discipline, safe working practices, equipment functionality and the consistent implementation of approved SOPs and quality standards. The position is accountable for operational quality and integrity of all hospital capabilities, including regulatory compliance, safety management, audits, financial management, procurement and budget control as well as corrective action.
