About the role
At Félix, we are building the future of remittances through a seamless, AI‑powered WhatsApp experience. We’re looking for a Disbursement Analyst who is obsessed with making our money transfer experience insanely great.
You won’t just be pulling data; you will be the guardian of our disbursement efficiency. You will work closely with Disbursements, Operations, and Product Managers to ensure our transactions are fast, cost‑effective, and flawless. We need a natural investigator who can dive into a dataset to understand why a transaction was held up or where a routing defect occurred, turning those findings into a better, more reliable product for millions of Latino immigrants.
Responsibilities
- Experience: 5+ years as a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, or Operations Analyst, with at least 3 years in Fintech, Cross‑Border Payments, or Remittances.
