Location: Charlotte, NC / Des Moines, IA / Dallas, TX (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Contract Length: 12 months

Pay Rate: $46 - $49

Top Requirements:

1. 4+ years of Analytics experience
2. Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (performance tuning, capacity metrics, troubleshooting)
3. Experience with Power Query (M), data modeling, and diagnosing performance issues

Plusses:

1. Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Notebooks, Data Pipelines, Direct Lake)
2. Knowledge of Power BI Gateway architecture and troubleshooting connectivity issues
3. Experience with SSRS / Paginated Reports optimization
4. Familiarity with DAX Studio for advanced diagnostics
5. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (DBAs, platform teams, vendors)
