Analyst/Senior Analyst, Debt

Overview

The Analyst or Senior Analyst plays a central role within the Debt team and works cross‑functionally with Development, Investments, Asset Management, Accounting, Treasury, and external lenders. You will manage both transaction‑driven financing activity and the ongoing stewardship of debt across multiple public and private platforms, gaining exposure to a wide range of asset classes and capital structures. This role offers a balance of analytical rigor, execution responsibility, and strategic portfolio oversight, providing the opportunity to: Gain end‑to‑end exposure across the debt lifecycle; Work on high‑profile assets and development projects; Develop toward a lead debt execution and portfolio management role; and Be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high‑performing team.
