Job Description

You will be a hands‑on Workday Recruiting specialist responsible for solution design, configuration, and enablement across Workday Recruit and its connected recruiting technologies. You will directly configure and optimize Workday Recruiting to improve recruiter and candidate experiences standardization, and ensure reliable delivery of improvements through releases—working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Technology partners.
