**In this position...**
You will serve as Ford’s global lead for Human Rights and Working Conditions within Supply Chain Sustainability, driving supplier due diligence, risk management, responsible sourcing, sustainability reporting, and compliance with evolving ESG regulations. This role partners across functions and with external stakeholders to advance Ford’s commitment to responsible business practices throughout the value chain.
