Analyst: Software Asset Management

Role Purpose:

The SAM & License Analyst supports effective software asset management, licensing governance, audit readiness and cost optimisation across the Eduvos technology environment. The role enables the Procurement Manager and the National Manager: Portfolio, Enterprise PMO and Vendor Management by maintaining accurate software entitlement, usage, renewal, compliance and optimisation information so that software investments are controlled, governed and aligned to business and technology needs.

The role provides analytical, operational and governance support across software licensing, vendor and contract data, renewals, usage reporting, audit evidence, software lifecycle tracking and licensing risk management. It helps ensure Eduvos remains compliant with licensing obligations, avoids unnecessary cost, improves visibility of software utilisation, and supports informed decisions on renewals, procurement, rationalisation and optimisation.
