Responsibilities

• Define and develop the industrialization strategy aiming for manufacturing excellence for all Bombardier sites.
• Manage the deployment activities of the industrialization projects portfolio.
• Integrate the contributions of different functions and sites, manage changes and risks.
• Build business cases to articulate the objectives of the industrialization strategy.
• Define the project execution strategy: content, scope, resources, timeline, costs, risks, quality management and communications.
• Work in a cross‑functional environment where you will interact and present to members at all management levels.
• Gather, lead, and influence stakeholders and align them towards a common goal.
