Analyst, Product Solutions & Billing

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Lead in guiding and motivating the team to ensure timely and accurate issuance of bills and policy contracts in support of Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision. Drive operational changes to improve the efficiency and controls of Group Business billing and policy admin by working with various parties from office to the back office, which include Corporate Solutions - Sales & Marketing, Corporate Solutions – Operations teams and OSS teams, with the objective to support onboarding process for new businesses and renewals at the same time improve the billing’s turnaround time.

• Review, issuance and delivery of Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements and bills.
