Analyst, Procure To Pay (Payment Operations & Issue Resolution) (Xico)

The Job

This position exists to support the Procure to Pay (PTP) workstream of Warner Bros. Discovery WBD. This person will have overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintaining PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay Operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (i.e., vendor creation is timely, invoices match to PO's correctly, invoices route to the appropriate coders, etc.)
• Review PCard statement submissions for compliance
• Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applications
• Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems
