Responsible for analyzing participant data for completeness to ensure adherence to plan provisions and service agreements for the Large, Mega, Not‑for‑Profit, and Government segments. Responsible for resolving participant data issues with either the plan sponsor or the prior record‑keepers. Coordinates the participant data setup.
