Join our water operations team as an Operations Analyst, where your expertise will help drive financial accuracy and operational efficiency. In this role, you’ll provide critical administrative, analytical, and technical support, contributing to budget preparation and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with management and staff to ensure smooth operations and informed decision-making.This Operations Analyst will be based in our Sun City facility, however you’ll spend time in our Fountain Hills facility for initial training. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Monitor and track Operating and Capital budgets, analyze variances, and provide clear explanations

Create and manage Capital projects, track spending, and prepare monthly financial performance reports

Generate and analyze reports on system delivery, lost water, cost per Kgal, capitalization rate, and related metrics
