What is the opportunity?

As an Analyst in Operations Process Engineering, you will report to the Senior Manager of Process Re-Engineering and play a pivotal role in RBC's Transformation & Enterprise Operations (TEO) team. TEO drives enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Cash, Payments & Trade, and Finance Shared Services Operations.

In this role, you'll be at the intersection of business optimization and emerging technology, diagnosing operational challenges and co‑designing innovative future‑state solutions that drive measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, and risk reduction.
