Analyst II – Protheus ERP

Responsibilities

• Serve N2 and N3 support tickets for Protheus modules with emphasis on Finance, Tax, Billing, Inventory and Costing, Purchasing, Accounting, Fixed Assets and TOTVS Tax Automation (TAF), including log investigation, error analysis and escalation to the vendor (TOTVS) when necessary.
• Gather requirements from key users, map processes, identify bottlenecks and propose technical or functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain customizations following Protheus MVC standards, entry points, triggers, compatibility layers, screens and reports.
• Create and manage users, access groups and routine profiles in the Configurator, respecting segregation of duties and security policies.
• Participate in the design and maintenance of integrations with corporate systems (CRM, e-commerce, logistics, BI) via REST and SOAP, as well as data import/export interfaces.
