The Role
This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The Analyst, Human Resources Administration supports the U.S.-based Corporate Human Resources function with key operational activities and processes as part of a Global Shared Services model. The Analyst partners closely with U.S.-based Corporate HR team and Talent Acquisition to ensure consistent service delivery across the employee lifecycle. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working with HR systems, data, and confidential team member information in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
