What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)

IT–Business Partnership & Demand Governance

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and HR, Legal, and EHS stakeholders.
• Govern demand intake, prioritization, and value realization with a focus on automation and simplification.
• Challenge business requirements to eliminate non-value-added activities and manual dependencies.
• Support business case development aligned to:
  • Productivity gains
  • Risk reduction and compliance
  • Cost optimization
  • Employee experience improvements
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.

Process Simplification & Intelligent Automation

• Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and digitize core processes across:
  • HR (hire-to-retire, payroll, talent management)
  • Legal (contract lifecycle management, compliance tracking)
