Responsibilities
Support Asset Managers in the execution of business plans across a wide range of real estate assets.Perform financial analysis, underwriting and valuation of investment opportunities and existing portfolio assets.Build and maintain detailed financial models, including hold/sell analyses, business plans and scenario modelling.Review asset performance and identify opportunities to enhance value and optimize returns.Prepare investment committee materials, portfolio reviews and management presentations.Support asset sales processes, including buyer analysis, bid evaluations and transaction execution.Coordinate with servicers, brokers, legal advisors, technical consultants and other external stakeholders.Analyze market data, comparable transactions and real estate trends.Monitor KPIs, budgets, cash collections, capex programmes and business plan progress.Participate in p...
