Financial Analyst (LATAC)

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial analysis and accounting services across Latin America and the Caribbean for both Commercial and Operations divisions. The role focuses on financial planning, reporting, and analysis to achieve short‑term financial objectives and support the 5‑year long‑range plan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accurate and timely completion of month‑end close, including accruals and reporting in accordance with company accounting policy, IFRS & US GAAP, and SOX regulations. Maintain monthly accruals and forecasts in SAP and OneStream.
2. Provide financial analysis to support business goals for Net Sales, EBIT, and cash flow, including margin analysis, COGS analysis, and marketing & SG&A ROI.
