Role: Empower the operational execution of multiple IT development projects by supporting teams hands-on, ensuring transparency, and enabling reliable delivery within our governance framework.
Main responsibilities:
Coordinate and track multiple IT projects in parallel (progress, risks, dependencies).
Support teams in executing Quality Gates and fulfilling compliance requirements.
Prepare and support Portfolio Review Boards (PRBs) and management reporting.
Act as hands‑on PMO partner for project managers and product teams.
Ensure structured communication and alignment across global stakeholders.
