Job Overview

Empower the operational execution of multiple IT development projects by supporting teams hands‑on, ensuring transparency, and enabling reliable delivery within our governance framework.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple IT projects in parallel (progress, risks, dependencies).
• Support teams in executing Quality Gates and fulfilling compliance requirements.
• Prepare and support Portfolio Review Boards (PRBs) and management reporting.
• Act as hands‑on PMO partner for project managers and product teams.
• Ensure structured communication and alignment across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• English (fluent is mandatory).
• Experience in PMO, project management, or IT delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,...
