**Main activities and key responsibilities**:
Very good Communication with customers and partners.
Responsibility for the first and second level tasks, deadlines and schedules previously defined.
Organization and documentation of activities and operational processes.
Hard control of Salesforce cases (opening, activity log and closing).
Creation and configuration of FTP/SFTP accounts.
Visual and system monitoring of the entire e-Commerce production line.
**Market knowledge, skills & experience**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in EDI services or B2B services.
Attending or graduated on any college technology course.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Basic knowledge of Windows including Server.
Knowledge and administration of FTP Server / IIS Server (FTP).
Experience in remote access (eg Remote Desktop, Team Viewer and etc).
Knowledge and manipulation of EDI files and layouts.
Basic SQL Server knowledge (T-SQL).
