Analista de Innovación y Comercialización

PepsiCo seeks an Associated Analyst to drive the Innovation & Commercialization pipeline, coordinating Brand Managers and leadership across R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will lead Big Bets, manage timelines and risks, and push the organization toward a more agile, digital approach in project execution.

In this role, you’ll guide multi-functional teams, support monthly meetings, and ensure accurate forecasting across functions to maximize project success pre- and post-launch.
