You'll directly support the Health & Safety Manager and teams with the development and execution of health and safety management systems. This role involves active engagement with frontline leaders and risk assessments to guide operations in adhering to both company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach operational site leaders on health and safety
• Facilitate H&S training for field personnel
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safe practices
• Assist in serious investigations and audit preparations
• Participate in compliance audits across North America
Requirements:
• Certification in Occupational Health & Safety
• 3-5 years' experience in safety roles, ideally in construction...
