Our client is seeking an experienced AML Team Leader to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced compliance environment. This role is responsible for leading and coaching AML analysts, managing workflow and service levels, performing quality reviews, and ensuring escalated cases are accurate, complete, and decision-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and develop a team of AML analysts.
Manage workloads, queues, and service level commitments.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
Review and assess complex AML alerts, customer due diligence, and screening outcomes.
Ensure escalated cases are well documented and supported by appropriate evidence.
Produce management reporting and performance metrics.
