JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to provide effective, integrated project management support across categories in the Americas, enabling the Innovation PMO to drive speed, consistency, operational excellence and improved OTIF delivery. The role supports the Innovation PMO Director in defining the PMO roadmap, overseeing workload and capacity, driving PMO OKRs, ensuring clear ways of working, and delivering accurate LT reporting on OTIF, project RAG status, benchmarking and lessons learned.
