Driscoll Strawberry Associates, Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager of Global People Services (GPS) for the Americas to lead HR service delivery across Canada, the U.S., Mexico, and Peru. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize SOPs, and ensure SLAs while enabling strategic HR through data and AI‑enabled solutions.

You will partner with HRBPs, COEs, and GPS to standardize processes, improve workflows, and elevate employee experiences across regions.
