Opening with a leading FMCG Group for their office in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Create average weekly production plans taking forecasting error into account.
• Plan production skew to meet demand fluctuations.
• Generate procurement plans with appropriate lead times for purchasing.
• Communicate changes in production dispatch plans to relevant teams in a timely manner.
• Provide plan to production based on capacity and demand.
• Follow up with production to ensure that production is being carried out as per plan.
• Collaborate with production team to resolve any issues or bottlenecks affecting plan execution.
• Create and maintain various reports related to planning data and plan implementation.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for decision making.
