Alternate Dispute Resolution Manager

Overview

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a highly experienced Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) Manager to support our Long Tail General Liability and Medical Negligence portfolio within the General Insurance division. In this role, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of dispute resolution activities, ensuring timely, fair and compliant outcomes across complex and sensitive claims matters. You will play a critical role in driving early resolution strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and embedding best practice ADR approaches aligned with regulatory frameworks, including AFCA, the General Insurance Code of Practice, and Model Litigant obligations.
