We are seeking an organised and proactive Allocations & Helpdesk Supervisor to join our Medirest healthcare team at Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the allocations and helpdesk function, ensuring service requests are managed efficiently and to a high standard. You will play a key role in supporting facilities management operations, coordinating workloads and delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders.
